Let one thought consume you-“keep moving”- Forget that stopping is an option

This is the hardest physical event I have ever done in my life, no debate: ‘Around the Clock’ Triathlon: Swim the perimeter of Jenny Lake (5.5 miles/5 hours of open water swimming), Run the Teton Crest Trail at night from Jenny Lake overlook to Teton pass via Paintbrush Canyon(42 miles of mountain trail running over four mountain passes, approx 10,000 vert gain, and loss, in the dark), Bike ride ‘around the block’ (108 miles of road biking over two mountain passes) All self supported and solo: 30 hours of continuous exercise over 155 human powered miles in total
